I worked with two machines and these machines were a saw machine and a speed nailer machine and a nail gun to make a part to obtain parts for one of the nonautomatic machine assembly lines to have finish goods. I inspected each and every one of my coworkers made part or parts and I inspected my part before using my part to have the next new part made for the nonautomatic machine before leaving my station. I would have to put parts in a specific place on the conveyor belt near my machine station and watch what I was doing and keep looking in and around my machine stations for any problems to fix as I was placing ta part on to the conveyor belt. I did inspection on questionable parts.

I inspected, sorted, and did rework on all kinds of models of questionable finish goods. I was a inspector trainer. I became the inspector who did the paperwork from each and every inspector paper or papers to be able to write about each and every defect and their sum for each finish good model, I asked my coworker what they had written if I could not read their inspector paper and I answered questions when my coworkers did not know if their questionable defect on a finish good was to be reworked or a no good finish good and if I could not answer the Ohio Logistic Inc. consumer gave the final answer.

I worked with and started up a production line for a one station of nonautomatic machine assembly line and another one multi stations automatic machine assembly line with the assistance from the Engineer staff, the Maintenance staff, my Supervisor, the Quality staff, and my Line Leader. I worked with three types of automatic machine assembly lines and which had a multi tasking station and with one or two types of machines to make one new part out of one, two, or three different new parts that I added to the original part I started with, fixed aired out stations while I was doing my station area work and obtained finish goods at the end of the automatic machine assembly line. I worked with two types of the nonautomatic machine assembly lines that had one, two, or three stations per machine operator which I added one or two parts to become a new part to obtain became finish goods at the end of the nonautomatic machine assembly line. I worked with one automatic small press machine that had multi stations that added many different kinds of new parts and worked with a one manual small press machine with three stations only that made the same part as the automatic small press machine did to obtain a new part and the went directly on to the production line to be used to obtain finish goods. I inspected each and every part before using my part on the production line or parts from another production line in totes. I had to do dummy checks before even starting up the production linen with my coworkers in some machine areas on our automatic assembly line. I inspected and sorted all kinds of questionable parts and all kinds of questionable finish goods away from the assembly line. I had zero claims on my parts and finish goods for the entire time I was employed by Nissin Brake Ohio, Inc.

I worked with a spot welder machine and worked with a press machine which I inspected all my parts before using any of these parts and inspected my made part before leaving my station area. I had no scrap parts ever. I had zero claims on my parts and finish goods for the entire time employed by P & A Industries Inc.

I inspected all of my parts before using them. I am trained to use a digital micrometer and other kinds of gauges. I had no scrap ever. I had zero claims on my parts and finish goods for the entire time I was employed with Sanoh America Inc. which was also known as HiSan while I was employed with this business. I was a committee member for one company picnic event.

Nurse Aid and State Tested Nurse Assist: 1980-1998

I assisted hospital side residents with their personal care and their whirlpool baths. I assisted with each hospital side resident in a group or one resident room or two residents rooms with their personal meal feedings and even with the hospital side residents with their snacks. I made each and every one of my hospital side residents or assisted living side residents bed I striped–down once a week and or make their beds, I assisted some of the assisted living side residents with their personal care and their whirlpool baths and did some of the assisted living residents personal laundry and ironed some of their clean clothes daily, etc. I restocked all my residents personal care items for the hospital side residents, wrote up request forms for new personal clothing for all my residents or personally told the residents family member of their needs, did charting on my residents and if I had time I would have some one on one time with my residents, etc. I assisted with the training other Nurse Aids.
Dishwasher and Dining Room Assistant: 1978-1980

I set up all of my dining room tables after each meal by filling up all water glasses and placing each and every residents juices at their place at the tables before meals and I served the residents their meals. I cleared away all the dirty glasses, dirty dishes, and dirty silverware from every dining room table after each meal, cleaned every dining room table by using a clean rag and a clean small bucket of soap and water, used a vacuum cleaner to clean the dining room area carpet and filled up needed juices for every residents for the next meal. I trained other dining room assistants and was trained to do both dining
rooms.
I worked with a dishwasher that used trays to wash all of the dirty glasses, dirty dishes, dirty silverware, and dirty trays. When I removed one clean tray of dishes from the dishwasher at a time and after one clean tray of dishes was no longer hot, I would remove and put away all the clean glasses, clean dishes, clean silverware and clean trays onto stainless steel charts or into their special stainless steel holders. I assisted my coworkers on the tray line for each meal. I trained other dishwashers.
