Additional Information:

I worked for almost 20 years for a company called Pacesetter and when I started it only had 33 branches nationwide and when the company was sold and I left it had 144 branches, so I know what it is like to be with a great company that grows.

They at one time were the largest custom builder of home improvement products for the home and totally integrated. They did everything from building it, shipping it, installing it, service with warranty and even financing.

It was a very strict corporation and trained their people very intensely. I started as a sales manager and when I left was the V.P. of operations of one of the 3 regions and supervised 36 of the branches.

I am not the smartest man in the world, but I was taught by some great executives/teachers and was smart enough to learn and apply what they taught me.

After Pacesetter I devoted almost 17 years to Grupo Velas resorts and helped the opening of 4 additional hotels and created some of their sales and marketing programs as well as supervise daily operations. In addition, I also assisted in part of the real estate division as well as hired and trained dozens of people who are now in executive or management positions.

There are many important things in driving sales, marketing, and growing a company:

You must learn everything about the product to sell properly the features, advantages and benefits to the client, so they want it without making or asking them to buy it.

Your people must be trained properly so they are professional and know how to make things happen and NOT wait for them to happen.

You must teach and motivate your people to be the best of the best, as well as enjoy what they are doing.

I have hired and trained hundreds of sales reps and developed dozens of successful managers & general managers and some who are now in executive positions.

I was taught to anticipate things before they happen and always prepared and to be one step ahead of the game.

I love to win and meet challenges to succeed, that is what motivates me.

Many things that I do now are from pure instinct and that is what has made me so successful in the last 35 years.

The key to success in any business is leading by example and motivating the troops so they enjoy what they are doing daily.

Creating winners and duplicating yourself is very important in any industry.

I am still a very energetic individual and want to be able to contribute to any good standing corporation and share all the knowledge that I have had the fortune to learn over the past 30 years from hard work and making things happen.

Thank you for your time reviewing my information and hope I can benefit your company with many positive things I have had the fortune to learn and apply over the past 30 plus years.
