Madeba Care, Redditch July 2024 – December 2024
On an average day, I had up to 5 clients I would support. I supported them in whichever way needed, tailoring my support to each client.
I helped administer medication, as well as feeding the patients. I fed them through the peg and did peg flushes when necessary.
I assisted our clients with their personal care, cleaning their living space including laundry.
I took the clients food shopping and cooked for them, making sure the food was suitable to dietary requirements.
I did all domestic duties that the clients couldn't do.
I took the residents for activities like playing pool so they can have socialisation. I spent time with the clients as well, so we could build a working relationship.

I conducted home visits attending to our residents.
Supporting residents with additional needs such as learning difficulties, autism, mental health disorders, and non-verbal communication.
