Qusac Decaf / Pharma produce decaffeination coffee blend from the regular coffee bean, also company produce extracted liquefied caffeine to caffeine powder which can be used in food and pharmaceutical industries. The process is batch with 9 reactors and 4 separate lines for caffeine processing. Company has a separate semi automated packing facilities with customized packaging measurement. All the products are stock keeping unit SKUS (both raw material and final products) ranging between 150 to 200. I worked in various continuous improvement projects like reducing the waste from 10 % to 4%. Improve the overall equipment efficiency from 80% to 92%.

●Led, coordinated and scheduled work for operator and maintenance personals also evaluate the performance of operators (team of 25 operators).

●Ensured proper operations of production equipment also executed demand of materials and supplies through Internal software ICS

●Constantly improves the SOP through active HAZOP study. Implement the Process safety management system through various root cause analysis.
