Title : KM 74 IP STRUCTURE

Details IP structure close volume considering all the child parts and environment assembly..

Recieved skin surface as class A .IP structure is designed considering gap from all child parts.

Considering draft and stiffness for structure part to be feasible ..

Maintained clearance for surrounding parts for their loading like airvents, chute channel, ducts etc

CCB interfaces and locators design considering best cad methodology of Faurecia.

Fixation for all the IP parts sub assembly designed for easy assembly and RPS defined.

A pillar area modified with locators in X.

Rib structure is provides at weak areas considering minimum top thickness and base junction thickness.

Fixation and loading clearance is provides for environment parts like cluster module, display, wifi module.

After each cad modification, model compared in CATIA for better track.

Draft analysis and 3DQC CHECK is mondatry after each modification.

Front groove area is designed seperately for accomodation of seam line prepo body.

Prepo body is designed following the stitch line in style.

RPS is defined and modified as per the gap requirement.

Skin is developed considering the wrapping areas and stitch line.

Fixation for deforster duct attchemnet are designed for easy assembly and RPS defined.
