Customer Service Executive (CSE) Air India Kolkata Currently working as a Customer Service Executive (CSE) for Air India and I have experience in handling flights for Lufthansa German Airlines as well. I also handled other airlines including Thai Airways, Air Asia, Biman, Bangladesh and China Eastern. I worked as a Ground Handling Supervisor as well for Singapore Airlines.

I am responsible for Check-in, Arrivals, Direct Transfer passengers, Wheelchair passengers, Unaccompanied Minors, controlling boarding gate, managing queues, and all other pre-departure formalities.
