Summary
My main objective is contributing to the development, organization and standardization activities in the company through planning strategies, analyzing the environment, defining objectives, and solving problems, naturally. This is me, a disciplined person able to put into action the plans to achieve the goals, to improve the processes and modify the mindset to reach the team success. I have 5 years’ experience as Process Engineer in the automotive industry and 5 years’ experience as Production Coordinator in the Semi Pharmaceutic field. Close to people, supported by experience and knowledge and dynamic attitude are complements that I offer to be part of a group. I besides keep improving the soft power to have a positive impact in people. At the moment, I am located in the medium hierarchy and continue doing my best to reach the managerial ladder, then I will keep going with solid steps until became a Plant Manager; meanwhile I enjoy a journey from ups and downs, facing the challenges, and adapting to circumstances to hold the goal alive.
