Record patient records, data entry by code (symptoms), follow procedures, document for insurance purposes, and conduct data analysis. Input multiple documents electronically and follow up with healthcare providers. Keep patients records confidential, stored, & safe. Ensure it can easily be transferred to other medical providers if needed. Use organizational, analyzing, and time management skills. Provide information to providers that must be detailed and accurate.
