Previously, at Studio MLA Architects, I managed four to five concurrent projects, developing schedules and work plans to ensure timely delivery within client specifications. I've drafted designs for a diverse range of projects, from small interior fit-outs to ground up multifamily and luxury residential construction, with budgets up to $23M. My role involved developing design from Conceptual through Construction Documents and creating renderings for client approval and public presentation. Crafting responses to RFPs and RFQs, played a key role in driving $1M in new revenue.
