AREAS OF SALES MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE

Exceeding Established Revenue Targets New Market Expansion Achieving Sustainable Revenue Growth Identifying Niche Health Market Opportunities Creating a Shared Sales Management Vision Developing Go-To-Market Strategies Managing all Phases of a Sales Lifecycle Strategic Planning & Execution Supporting Multiple Geographic Locations CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Secured Strategic National Accounts: Entrusted by Gobi Heat senior management to ensure their presence in the outdoor, retail, and wholesale marketplace. Expanded exposure by driving business to retail storefronts and websites. Established strategic accounts within the first 14 months with Bass Pro, Cabela's, Scheels, Tractor Supply, and other national and regional outlets. Additionally secured partnerships with the top wholesale companies including Orgill, Nations Best Sports (NBS), and Mid-States.

Achieved Multi-Million-Dollar Revenue Growth: Personally grew the ATL Technology Western Region from $500,000 to

$22 million in 4 years by implementing ongoing lead generation campaigns, expanded current customer opportunities, and cultivated new business relationships through focused trade shows and networking events. Additionally, managed a team of 27 independent sales representatives nationwide and in Canada.

Managed Highly Successful Company Buy Back and Merger Initiatives: Demonstrated track record of direct involvement as a partner in the sale of System Connection to Fidelity Investment in 2003. Obtained Large-Scale Production Orders: Managed and closed the most significant production orders to date with a Fitbit contract that produced 50,000 finished charging cables daily for 7 months. The process included daily communication with the factory in China and weekly meetings with Fitbit's executive team, buying department, and engineers to ensure all 3 department objectives were being met. Consequently, it generated more than $12.5 million in annual revenue, and ATL Technology received 6 more projects over a 4-year period.

WHAT OTHERS SAY

“In the past 20 years in my supply chain career working for multiple Fortune 500 companies one of the keys to my success was partnering with talented Sales Account Executives. I had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Ken Harris when leading the cable/connector commodity at Fitbit, when Fitbit was in hyper growth mode. Ken was a true professional always driving for solutions internally with his team (whether it was driving additional supply within LT, finding win/win solutions with his manufacturing engineering team to further drive cost down to meet my cost targets, or leveraging his relationships with his executive team on growth opportunities). If the goal of your sales organization is to drive new business and grow… any organization would be extremely lucky to have Ken on their team. If I ever had the opportunity to work with Ken again in the future I would be thrilled to drive new opportunities with him."

…Andew Ahern, Senior Manager Mechanical Sourcing, Fitbit/Google

"I’ve known Ken for over 17 years. His unique, personal, highly professional approach is not only effective but a lost art. If you want to grow your company by building strategic, long-term relationships, Ken Harris is your guy. I know he’s looking for his next chapter and a good fit professionally, and I can not recommend him enough."
