I love to travel, hike and fish. ·Customer Service- This function was paramount in this role as I sold industrial pipe and valves to Machine Shops, Fabricators and Original Equipment Manufacturers. I enjoy getting to know my customers on a personal level and gaining knowledge of their multi-faceted facilities and operations so that I can recommend ways of helping them. This to me is more than answering a phone call or an email. As an Inside Sales person, I try to get in front of my customer whenever possible weather it be taking them to lunch or hand delivering a needed product. It is critical to build relationships with customers to be successful.

·Order Processing- When Purchase Orders come in I process them and place the orders insuring quality and availability of product as well as pricing and handling fees and timely delivery or pick up.

·Ongoing Education-There is always something to learn. Being humble and open to ongoing growth is paramount in this field. With a changing economic climate, the real estate market differs from day to day. Taking classes on a regular basis and seeking knowledge to better my skill set are crucial to the success of my career.
