WORK HISTORY

STUBHUB: CSR/Payment and Chargeback Specialist. May 2021-July 2023. I started working in the Top Seller department & front line customer service call taking. Answering incoming calls in regards to ticket sales, ticket purchases, and also creating a ticket listing. I was promoted within the company to work in the payment auditing and chargeback department. The work included reversing charges, sending payments, auditing documentation and approving seller transactions. Editing and reviewing top seller accounts in regards to auditing all sales from each top seller, auditing all ticket refund transactions, refunding buyers, reversing seller charges, and approving all ACH payments from various accounts. Final promotion as a team lead I coached my team as needed in various aspects, over seeing direct reports, programing team updates, adherence counseling, frequently reporting team feedback as needed, monitoring team compliance and auditing procedures and systems.

Opening and closing HAS and FSA mutual funding accounts, handled money moving transactions, ACH transfers and payments, guiding customers through the investment process. Dispute process, customer account troubleshooting, password resets, sending and receiving emails. With a 81 WPM typing skill I was promoted to responding to online chats with customers regarding their account. Processing and approving rollovers in and out of Optum accounts.
