Managed all of the software and computer hardware required. The system used 23 different Windows servers. The global service center is the call center for the LDS Church. The application used 17 different languages.
Routing of incoming calls depending upon language, time of day, and IVR menu selection. This was done in real time and routing decisions could not take over 3 MS. The decision tree contains over 150,000 entries.
