Experience Summary

I am a Senior Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience spanning many industries such as retail, financial services, and healthcare. I started my career as a Programmer then worked my way through the IT ranks to the Project manager role. I decided to move back into business analysis to help companies optimize their projects closer to the design level using product lifecycle management that drives continuous improvement. I have collaborated with personnel in person and remotely in many different physical locations across the world. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (SPOC) and a Certified Scrum Master (SCM). I have worked in numerous Agile/Scrum environments. I have also worked in many waterfall environments as a Software Developer, Business Analyst and Project Manager. Beyond requirements gathering and user stories, I am experienced with techni
