I have received the Best Employee of the Year Award for outstanding performance for having successfully undertaken the institution's digitization tasks. Summary of Achievement for the services digitization and improvement of service delivery:
- Development of E-recruitment application: The system is used by RURA Recruitment committee and handles all activities from the job application process to the shortlisting (staff and professional interns).
- Development of Type approval application: The system was developed for a proper electronics equipment’s importation efficient process. Phase one which consists of certificate and type approval acquisition has been implemented in 2018 and phase two is enabled together with integration with RRA Rwanda Electronic Single Window System - Rwanda Single Transaction Portal for traders;
- Development of the Extra SIM card request system and approvals: The application was developed for extra SIM(s) application requests and approvals from both RURA and Telecom Operators;
- Coordination, supervision and validation of RURA Converged Licensing Management System implementation: This open source platform was implemented in line with Zero-Trip Zero-Paper national strategy and it is used by RURA licensees for online licenses applications. Approval levels are enabled within the system and once the request is approved, a QR Coded certificate/license is available on the applicant’s account who is notified by SMS and the system is integrated with the banks and e-wallets through a payment gateway;
- Supervision and process validation of RURA ERP( SAP S4/HANA) implementation: The purpose of this project was to digitize RURA corporate services. The main modules implemented are Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Material Management(procurement and logistics) processes;
