Gather the Required Documents for the candidates hiring process such as DL OR State ID, Social Security Card or referring the candidate to research I-9 Qualifications to meet the need of presenting a substitution of required documents. Filling out company new hire request form to list certain things a new employee will be required to have such as PPE Gourmet, laptop, certain software’s that will need to be installed or if this new employee will need company vehicle, company credit card & company gas card with working closely with the IT Dept & etc.
