We have received notice of the incident on December 31, 2024 in Philadelphia, PA. We have concluded our investigation of this matter and have also reviewed the applicable policy information. Unfortunately, Rachel Visitacion did not have a valid policy in effect with Integon General Insurance Corporation at the time of the loss. The policy was active after the time of loss. No active policies were found that would have applied to this claim and time of loss. If you believe there are other facts or documentation that would assist us in our investigation, please let me know. There may be other reasons why the policy's coverage does not apply that are not addressed in this letter. Integon General Insurance Corporation reserves the right to assert any other coverage defenses that it may now have or that may arise later. Also, our decision is based on the information we currently have.
