Title: Test Automation Engineer
U.S. Bancorp is the fifth-largest commercial bank in the United States and provides services from Retail, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management and Prepaid card Solutions. Worked as a QA Engineer in Prepaid cards division specializing in Fraud Behavior Analysis and Money Movement like card-to-card transfer, card 2 bank and savings transfer. Responsible for testing all internal systems involved in money movement.
Responsibilities:
Handled joint testing efforts between Fraud, Money movement and prepaid teams to engage and complete end to end tests
Identified potential gaps and issues in Money movement transfer (card to card, card 2 bank, external card transfers)
Automated the entire suite to perform the regression using Java BDD cucumber framework
Added multiple re-usable codes to the framework to improve the code coverage
Scheduled the automation test cases using Jenkins and handled the issues
Completed the automation suite for 200 API’s which are integral part of prepaid eco system

Worked as a QA Tester for CVS Pharmacy Benefit Management -EGWP (Employer Group Waiver Plan). As a tester, I was responsible for testing EGWP plans with query and Claims testing and identify the issues.

Used AS400 to check the plans info and test as per the IMRD Requirement

Title: QA Tester
Worked as a QA Tester for Citi Group. Alias wire is a third-party company specializes in providing solutions for BillPay. Citi Bank integrated with Aliaswire to support bill pay features. As a tester, I was responsible for testing new api’s developed and identify the issues.
Responsibilities:
Review and prepare QA test cases, test scenarios, and data requests for testers
Used Postman and new man to run Functional, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing.
Connect to AWS environment applications and DB to perform test activities
Track and manage QA project activities, action items, meeting notes, and decisions
Work with stakeholders to elicit full, complete requirements for any upcoming releases, system bugs, or required change request / system enhancements
Observed all test and identified defects in tracking systems.
