construction management company. Reviewing the
design, shop drawings, and material received from the contractor against the tender documents, reporting to the head of departments directly in Riyadh Head Office and indirectly to security, civic, healthcare, training & education installations. Consists of 44PT prototypes as 3400 buildings on 610 simultaneous sites throughout KSA to a 3-year construction program by Saudi Binladen Group (SBG). Primavera PCM System was utilized for the project. KAP3 is widely reported as one of the largest construction projects on the planet.
