Educational, Financial, & Social Solutions Resource Center (EFSSRC) is a community concept engaging individual, families, academic groups, faith groups, and college students for a higher learning experience in education, finance, and gaining social engagement through travel excursions.
As a member of the EFSSRC Startup team, I was responsible for researching feasibility data, meeting with business officials, and presenting reports for a business plan, market analysis, marketing plan, and technological 2–4-year plan and cybersecurity protocols for a new business organization.
Instructional Design Responsibilities:
Construct Instructional Design (ISD) Models by applying prescriptive learning theories, preferably (A.D.D.I.E.), analysis, software applications, and assessments. All instructional design projects are based upon andragogy or adult learning projects. Below are a few disciplines with adult learning projects topics:

Project Management / Senior Instructional Designer
GSI North America contracts with the Federal Government and offers technological, project management, and administrative services to various agencies. The Instructional Designer position is a contractual agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), working with the Division of State and Local Readiness (DSLR), assisting to the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP), in which, offers public health emergency services to state, local, and territorial public health departments.
Adhere to CDC’s mission, policies, procedures, protocols, and public health preparedness and response capabilities.

The IT Trainer – Technical Writer / Instructional Designer position is a contractual position designed to support the city municipal government, professional administration, interdepartmental training groups for executives, managers, supervisors, team leaders, office administrators, and hourly employees for all divisions within the city administration. This position worked with the Public Works Division and implemented a training strategic plan for Cityworks, a GIS-Centric solution for public asset management.
●Responsible for developing the City’s IT strategic training program for the Cityworks Project within a team group.
●Developed an Instructional Design plan to address the needs of various learners in different modes of delivery due to COVID 19 and remote learning using Microsoft Office 365 Teams.

●The videographer collaborated with the technical specialist, the marketing director, and other leadership team roles.
●The position was project-based led and required meeting intensive deadlines and measurable results.
●The videographer was required to construct and produce a video-project plan for each project determining targeted deadline goals, budgets, and predictions of additional support resources during the analysis stage of the project.
