Ensure efficient operation of our warehouse activities

● Overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing

inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a high standard of customer service

● Coordinate with coordinators, project managers, and other operational staff on rental order fulfillment and returns

● Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and

effectiveness

● Serve as the point of contact for all project managers, via Slack, phone, or email for order-related issues and questions

● Plan inbound and outbound truck packs to ensure

on-time deliveries and create maximum efficiency

● Ensure all required AV equipment or fabricated objects are properly pulled and loaded for each order

● Supervise and assist with order pulls and truck loads / unloads

● Coordinate personnel schedules for warehouse

associates and drivers to meet business demands

● Work with the Inventory Specialist to ensure Flex inventory software and physical inventory are accurate

● Ensure that any safety concerns in the warehouse are quickly addressed and resolved

● Follow and supervise all quality control procedures

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines

● Assist in hiring efforts to include recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
