Maintain, update and manage the vehicle policy.

Manage fleet maintenance through implementations of preventive maintenance, vehicle service and continuous inspection.

Provide in-house training for company drivers/employees. I.e.: twice a year.

Controlling the maintenance and repairs of vehicles in the fleet including car allowance vehicles.

JOB TITLE: FLEET MANAGER AND IN-HOUSE DRIVERS TRAINER.

Period: 22/August /2006 to date

Check with the department of traffic for the legitimate driver’s license and professional driver’s permits.

Checking all company vehicles traffic fines daily.

Arranging pre- trip inspection form/log and book signing and review with the fleet management team on monthly basis.

Daily monitoring through FMIS

Arrange the traffic fines payments and deduction for those who cannot pay on time capturing and send it to human resources office.

Capturing and process requisitions.

Going through the maintenance or repairs quotation and arrangements for payments.

Analysis and reconciliation of expenses

Monthly reports.

Managing of key results areas and indicators.

Resolve drivers and service providers complain to their satisfaction and execute a disciplinary action if necessary.
