United Consumer Finance, Inc. does NOT charge a fee for deferring payments. I fully understand that although I have agreed to defer my payment(s), interest will be charged on the unpaid balance from the date of the last payment and will be taken at the time my next regular loan payment is made on the “Next Payment Due Date” referenced above. This deferment agreement is not a release from my responsibility for the interest charged during the month(s) payment(s) are deferred. Choosing this deferment agreement option will extend the maturity of the loan and the total finance charges paid. The provisions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect. I agree that I will resume making scheduled payments beginning with the payment due during the month following the deferral and will make all scheduled payments due thereafter.
