Carried out disassembling, assembly, repairing of cylinders and valves blocks (hydraulic system) and changing of pressure hose

Carried out planned corrective maintenance activities on heavy duty . caterpillar machine, diesel generators and gas generators.

Troubleshooting and overhandling all diesel generator and providing the necessary solution

Maintenance of low voltage panels

Serving of gen- set which include 200hrs and 600hrs serving which includes changing of oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, changing of sparking plug and setting of value.

Generator auxiliary engine assemble

Maintenance of all kind of injector and zero pressure regulator(ZPR)

Generator testing from 800kva-2500kva ( Mitsubishi Perkins, yorc and MTV Gas Generator containers)

Testing 20kva to 250kva generator with respective load bank to 100%

Control panel setting

Adjusting of automatic voltage regulator (AVR)

Plumbing sections in generator which include putting of oil sensor, hose for the return pipe

Read & record of load bank

Adhering to safety rules and regulations (tag in & tag out)
