Experience : I am Mechanical Engineer (Rotating, Package and Static) with more than 25 years experience in oil and gas project, offshore and onshore, starting from FEED, Detail Design, Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning & Start up and Operation and maintenance Support. I am also familiar with 3D model, Piping and Pipeline and International CODES and Standards for Mechanical, Piping and Pipeline.
Beside the above experiences, I am member of Indonesia Professional Engineer, having experience in various positions such as : Lead Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineering Manager, Bid Manager, etc both in Indonesia and overseas such as : Malaysia, Vietnam and Nigeria.

Description :
Husky-CNOOC Madura Ltd. (HCML) plans to develop the Madura Strait Block BD gas reserves for sales gas to buyers in Java Island. This field is located offshore in the Madura Strait East Java, about 65 km east of Surabaya and about 16 km south of Madura Island. The project envisages development of a wellhead platform; an offshore spread moored Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) barge with gas processing facilities; Gas Metering Station (GMS); flexible risers from wellhead platform to FPSO and Export gas pipeline from WHP to GMS.
The facility is designed for 110 MMSCFD sales gases. An unmanned wellhead platform with four well slots and two slots for future expansion would be set in 182 feet of water.
Madura condensate is waxy in nature containing 13.9% wax and has a high pour point of 75oF, while wax appearance temperature of 126oF. The produced gas is sour contains up to 0.46% H2S. Each well will be completed with 4 ” tubing and similarly sized standard Christmas tree.
The well head components will be API 10,000 class rating to handle the high shut in conditions. The platform is to have four (4) wells with capacity for an additional two (2) wells.
The project is detail design (Greenfield) which consists of Pressure Vessels, Pedestal Cranes, Progressive Cavity Pumps, API 610 Pumps, Chemical Injection Packages, Filters and Multiphase Flowmeter.

The OFON field is located in block OML 102, approximately 45 km of the south-eastern coast of Nigeria in approximately 40 meters water depth. The field, initially brought into production in 1997 is owned by the joint venture NNPC/TEPNG and is operated by Total E&P Nigeria Limited (TEPNG).
OFON phase 2 project essentially involves the following:
OFD3 located ca. 5 km northern from central complex
OFD5 located ca. 5 km southern from central complex
A new production platform OFP2 which will be bridge installed and bridge linked to existing OFP1 platform to from a central complex gathering all the functions process and utilities: oil and gas treatment and export, power generation, water injection, gas lift, water treatment, etc.

Ruby Onshore Receiving Facility Detailed Engineering Project (DETAIL DESIGN)

The Sebuku Block is located offshore in the Makassar Straits between Kalimantan and Sulawesi.The Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for the block was signed by Gulf Resources (Sebuku) Ltd.(“Gulf”), as 100% interest holder and Operator, on September 22nd, 1997. Gulf later became part of Conoco Phillips Ltd. (“CoP”). In June 2003 PEARLOIL (Sebuku) Ltd. (“POSL”) acquired a 100% interest in, and operatorship of, the PSC. This transfer was approved by BPMIGAS on September 8th, 2003.
In general Ruby Tie In project consists of installation of 14” pipeline from approximately 20 m waterdepth (KP 300.6) to Pig Receiver in Peciko Processing Area (PPA), fabrication and installation of Slug Catcher, FWKO Drum, fiscal metering (gas and condensate) and tie in to existing facility.

The scope of the Project are to conduct study of restage two (2) trains of the existing Gas Turbine driven Gas Compressors, some mechanical equipment (separators, pumps, glycol package, deluge system), piping (re-route new pipe, change strainers, valves, etc), instrument, electrical and structure due to changes of operating condition on the Lawit A Platform.
My responsibilites are : to review the mechanical equipment, piping and piping components due to new operating condition, to conduct lifting study, conduct new firewater system study, prepare reports, and coordination meeting (internal and external).
Sarawak Gas Development Project (DETAIL DESIGN OFFSHORE) :

TUNU-12 FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - (FEED OFFSHORE) :

TUNU is a giant gas condensate field (75 km long by 18 km wide) located in a swamp environment at the edge of the Mahakam Delta, East Kalimantan – Indonesia. Tunu field is operated by TOTAL E&P Indonésie under the Mahakam Production Sharing Contract (TEPI: 50% INPEX 50%). The field, along with others in the region, supplies gas to the Bontang LNG Plant and to a lesser extent, the Kaltim Industrial Estate (domestic consumers) both located to the north. Other gas suppliers are the Peciko, Tambora, Handil and Bekapai fields, also operated by TOTAL E&P Indonésie, as well as the fields of two other operators: VICO and CHEVRON.
A total of 3 new GTS extensions plus some 20 new adjacent / remote wellhead platforms on already existing GTS / GTS extensions will be installed in order to drill and produce phase 12 wells as detailed in tables here after.
The GTS platform main equipment comprises:

Corrosion inhibitor injection skid.
Open and closed drain system including drums, close drain pump and accessories

The project is Offshore Manned Process Platform located offshore East Java. The Poleng Process Platform is a new facility to be installed in order to increase the oil and gas processing capabilities with a design capacity of 34,000 BPD oil, 105 MMSCFD gas and 16,500 BPD water.
Solar Gas Turbine driven Centrifugal Gas Compressor, Caterpillar Gas Engine driven Gen-set, Caterpillar Diesel Engine driven Gen-set, Caterpillar Diesel Engine driven Turbine Firewater Pump, other rotating equipment, three heavy wall separators, pressure vessels, aircooler, filters and packages equipment are the mechanical equipment installed on the platform.

The project is Offshore Gas Pipelines located in Java Sea near Madura Island. Gas with flow 125 MMscfd from Maleo Platform will be transferred to existing Subsea East Java Gas Pipeline via 14” Maleo Spur Pipeline with Subsea Hot Taps method. The total length of pipeline is 7.5 km using material of API 5L X-65 coated with 70 mm in thickness concrete coating. Pipeline is designed referring to DnV 81.
The scope of work of this project are Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation and Subsea Hot Taps.

The scope of work of this project are Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of three monopods (APN-A, APN-B and APN-D), modification of piping in MMC Platform and MMF Platform and 24” subsea pipelines as long as 78 km from APN-A to MM Complex. This EPC turnkey project is located in NSO “ A “ Field in North Sumatra, Malacca Strait . It is designed for a capacity of 450 MMSCFD natural gas and 250 tons per day sulfur pellet .
The mechanical equipment such as : claus reactors, hydrolysis reactors, sulfur condensers, furnace, waste heat boiler, thermal oxidizer, shell an tube HEs, towers, tanks, vessels, double pipe HEs, pig receiver, slug catcher and air coolers are involve in this project.
The scope of work for the project includes engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of an offshore platform, gas treatment plant and subsea pipeline .
Offshore production platform :
-configured in a 4200 tons, 4 pile jackets
-a 2800 tons topside configured for 12 well heads, alloy 825 cladded manifolds and piping, gas dehydration, fuel gas cleaning, vapor recovery system, remote control DCS and PLC system .
-installed in 350 feet water depth .
Onshore gas treatment facilities will be constructed that will treat and process 450 MMSCFD of gas that is 33 % CO2 and 1.4 % H2S :
-utilizing shell sulfinol process H2S removal system
-utilizing multistage claus reaction system
-utilizing flexsorb SE tail gas unit comprised of :
+ hydrogenation / hydrolysis reaction system
+ amine flexsorb system
+ sulfur forming unit
+ 25 MW turbo compression revamp
