Provide Pastoral leadership to a congregation of 15-20 members and their families. Developed an annual budget to meet the financial needs of the church, the district and connectional budget. Provided prayer support and pastoral counseling for the families of the church challenged with mental illness, drug addiction and disabilities. Provided assistance for various missionary projects throughout the year and held annual vacation bible school for the youth and community. Launched Back-to-School drive to help needy families.
2002 –2004 Pastor of Ebenezear A.M.E. Church in Paris, Texas.
Served as pastor to a small congregation of 10-12 church members in Paris, Texas. The congregation was small but they had a big heart and great love for God and serving the Kingdom. Provided weekly sermons and taught Sunday school to the adults. Held fund raising projects and outreach activities to help support the members and the needs of the church. Ministered to the needs of the aging congregation and their families.
2000 –2002 Assistant Pastor - St. Luke A.M.E. Church – Garland, Texas
Served as assistant to the pastor and provided leadership for Prayer Support Ministry, Women’s Ministry and the Sick and Shut-in Ministry. I was the first responder for all Hospital Visits and Prayer Support for a congregation of 0ver 200 members. Held monthly Prayer Visitation and provided the Lord’s Supper to 20 –25 sick and shut in members and consultation as needed.

2001 – 2015 Honeywell Corporation Richardson, Texas Title: Senior Principal Quality Engineering Manager
Provide leadership of five quality engineers and auditors. Document and maintain the site Quality Manual which is typically a 100-page document that defines the site business management system. Develop and maintain the site internal audit schedule. Perform 56 or more internal Quality Audits at the plant and document the audit report in a timely manner. Automate the audit report, Provide leadership for the site document and data control department in addition to the audit department. Manage and maintain the site ISO9001 Third-Party Registration. Create and write 20 of the site Standard Operating Procedures and document the audit procedures, training Procedures, corrective and preventive action procedures, the site records management procedures and train the site on these processes.

Responsible for the leadership of 25 site Internal Quality Auditors, the Site ISO9000 Quality System Certification, site Training and leading the site management review.
