• Strapper: measure to specifications, cut straps, adhere to filter by rolling filter with hands and placing strap with adhesive on as filter rolls.

• Hot Melter: determine specifications for each different kind of filter, glue amounts, hot melt application areas and labeling of filters.

• Gasket Maker: assemble gasket, cut gasket to specifications, glue together with silicone glue.

• Blade Pleater: determine pleat height and number of pleats per pack based on order specifications as listed on traveler. Measure and mark excess and remove by feeding through band saw. Operate lift to raise roll to pleater machine.

• MMC Slitter/Seamer: inspect paper for holes or damage. Slit both ends in preparation for seaming. Glue seams of pleat pack. Able to maintain lime speed. Gather pleated material and stretch rubber bands around pleat pack using hands.

• Collar/Snap band Fabricator: operate calibration equipment. Cut bands using cutter. Operate punch press to create hole in band and install rivet for secure closure. Education/ Certification
