Project Superintendent / QC Supervisor Northcon, Inc., Hayden, ID 2023-Present Supervised civil projects on Fairchild AFB, including Main Gate Safety Measures. Supervised all QC activities and over 30 subcontractors.

● Projects were delivered on time and under budget with zero reportable accidents. Project Manager & Estimator Halme Construction, Inc., Spokane, WA 2022 –2022 Efficiently estimated and managed heavy civil projects including the SIA Rail-Truck Transload Facility and a storm water treatment / road reconstruction contract for the City of Spokane.

● Recognized by the Spokane International Airport and other local and state leaders for delivering the first rail- truck transload facility project in the Spokane region on time and under budget. Project Manager & Estimator Selland Construction, Inc., Spokane, WA 2021 – 2022 Supervised and estimated large-scale civil projects as the company expanded into eastern Washington and Idaho. Clients included local municipalities, counties, ITD, and private developers. Prepared cost estimates from design conceptions and specifications for project purposes.

● Led and delivered two road reconstruction projects for the City of Spokane Valley on time and under budget. ● Superintended and enlarged the company’s gross annual volume within four years from $20M to $100M.
