OBJECTIVE

My career objective at this point in my life is to find work in the field of technology or warehouse work. I plan to start college courses soon to obtain a Bachelors degree in psychology. My career objectives will change at some point when I learn more about the field I'm studying to earn a degree in. and obtained my GED in 1997. I

had high scores in math and

science. Many years later I

decided to enroll in community

college in Benton Harbor

Michigan. I was able to do two

semesters but would like to get

back into it at some point.

I have had many different jobs throughout my life. From dishwashing to all types of construction, mainly drywall hanging and finishing and carpentry. I worked for Whirlpool Corporation as a lab tech for a year and a half. I installed and repaired copy machines as well as fax machines for about two years. I also learned underground construction, which is basically pulling fiber optics and phone wire underground. I also learned landscaping and installed sprinkler systems for about two years.

I work very well with others but prefer working by myself. I am also just fine with taking orders as well as giving them. I am a hard worker and will do my best every day. Whatever job I end up with, I can assure the employer that if I don't know how to perform a certain task I can learn very quickly. I have worked in many different professions and have skills in many areas. I look forward to hearing from employers who may be interested.
