6/24 to Present Senior Service Coordinator - CCI Health Technologies - Brooklyn As Service Coordinator I assist, work along the Service Manager and Project Manager also the branch staff in performing assigned administrative duties. Including but not limited to making initial customer contact, scheduling technicians, managing vendor and sub-contractor relationships, ordering job site materials, stocking materials in warehouse and office. Produce and process invoices, managing customer calls, assist in solving customer complaints, produce reports, and arrange appointments for work duties.

Apply appropriate receipts to jobs and file paperwork accurately to job files using Microsoft office & Service Titan. Providing progress reports on the status of service jobs,delivery from vendors to Service Manager. Work with appropriate persons to provide information to PO's and process of invoices in a timely manner. Gathers, summarizes and prepares data for key statistical reports.
