Freelancer in automation for miscellaneous industry Develop software based on IEC 61131 standard that consists of ladder diagram, structured text, instruction list and sequential function chart (SFC). Application is mainly in automotive industry, for example leakage testing machines. Participate in on site commissioning. Lead and responsible for a team of electrician which is including organisational and safety issues.
Responsible for conducting setting,adjustment and calibration for diverse instrumentation such as temperature-, pressure-, differential pressure-, flow-, pH-transmitter. Conduct testing and measurement on movable electrical device, in order to ensure the safety of electrical devices according to DIN 0701-0702. Construction of Dove Production Facility, Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia
(November 2014-March 2015). Programmed HMI WinCC that consist of 50 process screens and 300.000 tags. Participate in dry and wet commissioning of 560 control loops that contribute to success operation of 100 million euro facility.
Construction of Anaerobic Digester, Biffa Waste Services, WestSussex UK
(November 2013 – April 2014). Performed on-site commissioning work on Cimplicity SCADA system which managed 70 process screens, 50.000 tags. Contributing to efficient operation of 100 million euro project.
Construction of Tolu-Diisocyanate ( TDI) Facility, BASF Germany. Programmed and tested CFC program of PCS 7 system that consists of eight controllers and about 4000 process loops.

Pre-Feasibility Study - Master Plan for Establishing Metropolitan Priority Area
(MPA) for Investment and Industry in Jabodetabek Area. Following of signing memorandum of cooperation between government of Japan and Indonesia, the concept Metropolitan Priority Area for Investment and Industry (MPA) in JABODETABEK Area was launched in December 2010. In recent years, JABODETABEK area achieved stable economic growth. This stable growth, however, did not accompanied by sufficient development of infrastructure. To address this problem, the MPA Master Plan was proposed by MPA study team which specified 45 priority infrastructure projects, 18 fast track projects to be undertaken by the end of 2013. The M/P Study estimated the total project amount required by 2020 at approximately 3.4 trillion yen to be funded from both the private and the public.

Review/preparation of instrumentation and control design documents, P&IDs, conceptual and detailed electrical and/or instrument designs and layouts, equipment designs and packages (electrical and instrument material selections, control schematics, instrumentation wiring diagram, PLC Control Panels Design, instrumentation and control, cable lists, instrument loop diagrams). Provide appropriate settings for major instrument and control parameters to allow safe operation of plant and equipment. Maintain close liaison with other staff to support and monitor all instrumentation systems activities to ensure effective sharing of information, ensure understanding and compliance with current national legislation. Ensure equipment erection & commissioning for safety critical items meets acceptable standards. Undertake installation and commissioning of pneumatic and electronic instrumentation on field facilities, power generation equipment and temperature
/flow/level/pressure controllers.
Notable Projects:
New Muara & Lambak Kanan 66/11 kV Switchyard Brunei. The project objective is to build a 20 million euro medium voltage 66/11 kV switchyard. The switchyard consists of three power transformers and several medium voltage switchgears. In order to monitor and control the switchyard, a DCS system based on PCS 7 was employed.
Pre-Commissioning of Pulau Seraya 740 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant. The project objective is to build a 2x370 MW combined cycle power plant on Jurong Island. The power plant consists of 2x370 CC blocks with V94.3 2x25MW gas turbines. In order to monitor and control the switchyard, a DCS system PCS 7 was employed.
Modernisation of control system for cement kiln plant. It was proposed to modernise the old Teleperm system to modern PCS 7 using about 3.000 process loops. The succes deployment of safety system on PCS 7 increases the reliability and efficiency of the plant.
