Responsibilities: I was responsible for the quality management system for all of MBUSA locations. I ensured that we were working towards getting certified. I was the ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor for the company. I worked with stakeholders around the company to train and get them ready for the external audits. I was also responsible for document management.

Responsibilities: Work with warehouse and staff to ensure IT systems and hardware worked as optimal performance. I was the ISO 9001 rep working with corporate headquarters from process documentation creation to forms management and scales calibrated. I was responsible for lean standardization and working with employees on continuous improvement workshops. I worked on EHS related tasks such as the EMS rep, getting hazardous waste off site and ensuring that harness and AED inspections occurred.
