· Oversaw the operations and general manager responsibilities for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties of approximately 683,000 SF (55 acres) in Oakland, Emeryville, and San Ramon California.
· Responsible for implementing, forecasting, and successfully executing annual 5-year operational budgets, capital expenditure projects, property development initiatives, routine, annual and 5year maintenance plans, as well as seeking opportunities to maximize the efficiency of various services within the portfolio to reduce unnecessary operational costs.
· Managed the day-to-day activities of the facilities, ensuring budgeted and emergency projects were timely completed, following both the guidelines addressed by corporate policies and procedures, as well as pursuing alignment with local, community, and city objectives.
