· Develop a customized PLC and an HMI program for food processing thermal machinery based on electrical wiring diagram to ensure NFPA and NEC code compliance.

· Performed I/O checks, test VFD variable frequency drive, validate communications via Ethernet IP to ensure all devices are communicating with each other.

· Perform a factory acceptance test (FAT) to ensure the proper working of the machine from a programming stand point while keeping an attention to detail for any irregularity in the operations which if present address them to relevant person if it falls out of the program scope.

· Attend meetings with vendors for any new hardware or software that can optimize overall process or equipment.
