When I receive conditional approval. I work on gathering docs to submit to clear the conditions. Conditions vary depending on the type of loan and borrower. And sometimes the document I give the letter can cause more conditions.

• Update Encompass and re-run AUS as necessary to ensure approvability
• Review the “Clear to Close” to ensure all conditions can and will be satisfied prior to
funding
