Additional Information
I. Grew up in the resort business I had to master each department in the resort field before moving on to my next assignment if failed I was sent back to square one to start over again I never got a free pass from any manager or Director front or back of house that was the training set forth by my father I had to earn every position in the business nothing was handed to me ever just because I was the owners son in fact it was harder in which made me a better employee, supervisor, department head, regional vice president then move on to another company. That training was put in place to all potential supervisor's, managers, department heads both front and back of house team members with that we had less than a 8 percent turnover corporate wide.
