Sephora inside JCPenney (seasonal) - November 2019 to January 2020

Held a position as a sales associate helping guests with customer service issues such as returns, product recommendations, and being knowledgeable of ingredients in products. Working on the register during the holidays required diligence in working with customers’ needs quickly to make sure every customer gets help in a time-effective manner yet making sure guests don’t feel rushed during their shopping time. In addition, this position taught me how to work with a team and be a team leader in assisting my coworkers with any help they may need.

Harkins Theaters- November 2018 to October 2019

Held a position as a team member supporting team leaders as well as assisting customers’ concerns. As a team member, I worked in customer service and concessions, helping our customers get their food quickly and being on time for their movies. I also learned time management skills by ensuring I was on time cleaning a theater and getting people inside as soon as possible to create an excellent experience for every guest.

Copper Heights Assisted Living – March 2015 to August 2018.

Held a position for an assisted living facility, volunteering currently working every Saturday, holidays, and Monday through Friday, June through August. Responsible for meeting with the residents in the facility for daily activities, starting at breakfast with greeting all residents and informing them of the day’s activities. Setting up for games, art & crafts, cooking class, and clean up, meeting with the residents in small groups for the club activities.

Oregano's Pizza Bistro- May 2021 to August 2021

Held a position at a fast paced restaurant as a Hostess and To-go crew member, learned how to assist guests with food concerns, and was responsible for taking over the phone and in person orders while ensuring the orders placed by guests were correct. To-Go orders requires diligence and efficiency, to ensure food was picked up at the scheduled time. Hostess duties included welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring return times are accurate. Being a Hostess required answering guest questions while providing a quality experience when guests first walk through the door, this was maintained through communication with wait staff.

AMC Mesa Grand-April 2021 to August 2021 & February 2022 to April 2022

Held a position as a Team Lead, training new hires and training people in different job areas. Ensuring team members are completing their responsibilities and providing performance feedback to management. Oversaw different areas of the theater and assigned tasks to team members. Worked in all other areas such as food, guest services, ticket sales, cleaning and sanitizing theaters, and doing early morning janitorial work. Walt Disney World Company (Hollywood Studios Outdoor Vending) - September 2023- August 2024

Participated in the Disney College Program and held the position of a Cast Member at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Outdoor Vending Department. Responsibilities included stocking the outdoor carts from all across the park and operating machinery such as Popcorn Kettles, Pargos, Compactors, Dollies, and Soda Wagons. Maintaining the cleanliness around the park, exceeding guest experience with every interaction, time management, and efficiency when moving to a new vending cart. Food preparation for events, major shows, and daily responsibilities. Independently closed vending carts which required inspection by Coordinators. Underwent training for all positions within the job as a college program participant such as stocking, park vending, and the pretzel kitchen.

Dutch Bros Coffee - September 2024- Present

Currently holding a position as a Barista at Dutch Bros Coffee. Job title includes drink preparation, taking orders while providing a personable experience, completing orders in a timely and fashioned manor, upholding the requirements of daily food service protocols, and putting away any stock from stock deliveries. Preparing drinks to the highest standard and providing any modifications requested by the guest. One of the biggest standards that is maintained is guest interaction, which includes, educating guests about the menu, products, and current specials based on the Dutch Bros app. The job is multitasking between serving the guest while providing a meaningful experience.
