●Enter Invoices and set to pay on time. Payroll, Follow-up on unpaid services. Provide new hire paperwork, year end W2’s.

●Take orders from clients and schedule a meeting that coordinates with all parties involved. Get a breakdown of what they are looking for and schedule voiceover and music. Assign projects to Artist after having a meeting with the team to find out where they are at and who has the availability to take on a new project. Notify clients when the final product is ready to view in their online folder.
