Work Experience
April 2023- Warranty Administrator/Title Administrator
Present Johnson Kia Annapolis
I was hired to be the Tag & Title Administrator when I first started at Johnson Automotive with over 10 years of experience as a Title Administrator. Once I had cleared up all the MVA mishaps where the customer’s vehicles were titled incorrectly and got them back on track, one of corporate personnel came to me and asked me to look at their warranty since I have extensive experience as a Warranty Administrator. Their Warranty Schedule had over $120,000.00 worth of unpaid claims. I reconciled the Warranty Schedule and was able to obtain just about $105,000.00 worth of claims. I was able to maintain both the Tag & Title Deals and the submittal of Warranty claims to the manufacturer. Schedules are clean with minimal write-offs due to technicians not following protocol.

Feb 2020 - Warranty Administrator
April 2023 Ourisman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram
Came to this dealership to reclaim all old warranty claims sitting on the schedule, there was about $224,000 due to the company from the manufacturer. Once I had accomplished this, I have maintained the schedules with very little claims over 30 days, usually due to the need of assistance from my District Manager. I make warranty profitable, I persevere and do what it takes to get my claims paid and to have a constant cash flow for my company. My submittal status is currently at 89% and days to submit claims is at 2.6%. I strive to make my claims audit proof, punch times, technicians write ups (3 C’s) part stamps, managers signing off on add lines, goodwill claims etc. My main objective will be to assure that my company makes money, that we will be profitable, the schedules stay current at 30 days and that we are always audit proof.
