Mr.Patrick Covington worked for me as an assistant manager at Lee's Famous Recipe chicken for approx one year. After that one year he was promoted to General Manager as I moved on to District Manager. He was the with the company from 2000 - 2004
As an asst Manager he helped maintain the goals, p&l guidelines and Q.S.C standards at all times.
As the General Manager he ran more than 12 consecutive periods of increase in sales and customer count. Our goal was to run at that time 65 % gross profit his store consistantly ran 67 % or better. His Q.S.C. scores were always maintainded above a 95% which won him many awards for cleanliness. His above average scores in sales increases and customer counts also earned him awards within our company for service and quality.
