I was contracted by IBM (2 times) to worked in Seattle Washington on MS Windows and tutorials for windows and IBM OS/2 products.

Produced the first animation within an online tutorial.

I was also responsible for making an industry change to process and procedures used by IBM. This design element called desktop publishing influenced how information was created within IBM Multiple divisions along with winning 154 Society of technical communications, STC Awards for IBM (in one year) and the influence others Fortune 500 corporations to raise their level of quality.
