I am a Integrative Counselling. I tend to work in a humanistic/ psychodynamic way. I have been volunteering at a hospice care for the last 18 months as a bereavement counsellor. I have also volunteered at a community hub as a peer champion . I supported adults with mental health issues and isolation. I taught dance as a form of therapy. My previous roles throughout my career, I have worked as self-employed cleaner/ carer. This was for about 10 years
