Northern Management Group Dedham, MA 2020-Present A Family office of entrepreneurs with diverse investments in the hospitality among other business verticals. • Manages debt portfolios with 80% of each acquisition being debt and 20% becomes owners’ equity allowing 10- year terms and a positive debt service coverage ratio to ensure positive cashflow.
• Creates 5-year business plan for each acquisition, overseeing annual plan for 27 stores and a year-long budget for each, requiring quarterly forecasts.
