Amazon – Phoenix, Arizona

Launched a 1.5 million sq/ft Amazon Fulfillment Center as the site Senior Human Resources Manager consisting of 1,800 associates and 55 managers.

Led a Human Resources team consisting of four HR Business Partners and four HR Specialists supporting a 24/7 operation.

Developed a comprehensive staffing, training, and onboarding strategy to hire, develop, and prepare managers for a successful launch, meeting all company KPIs, compliance requirements, and training benchmarks.
