Building Engineer/Maintenance Manager / Point Management - Pembroke Pines, FL 02/2006 - Current

My duties include basic maintenance in and around the building. From AC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, painting. Tasks performed vary from replacing outlets to light switches and repairing ballast on lights. Regularly servicing house calls for rooms with audio/media and phone communication repairs. Plumbing repairs not limited to water and sink issues. Scheduled AC service maintenance such as filter replacements, and repairing faulty actuator valves. Other duties included Hotel meter-readings, and maintaining proper indoor/outdoor lighting fixtures.

I was assigned to various stations upon completion of the courses, functioning as an entry-level diesel engine operator performing basic maintenance repair function on diesel engines and auxiliary systems.
