Developed a new HSE Management System that allowed all employees to access HSE documents, Incident Reporting, Root Cause investigation, Corrective and Preventive actions, Contractors management, Hazard Communication, and Permit to Work. The new system provides more transparency and real-time information of what happens in the organization on any site worldwide.
