Monitoring of Engine and vehicle rework as line inspector
Monitoring critical parameter of vehicle.
Handling of internal customer complaints.
Monitoring of AQI (Appearance quality index) for finished vehicle.
Reducing vehicle rework by using problem solving technique like KAIZEN, QC tools, Control chart.
Implementation of POKA YOKE in critical processing stage in assemble area.
Monitoring the performance of operator as line inspector.
Contributing in OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) by reducing line stoppage as line inspector and quality controller.
Doing continuous improvement through KAIZEN.
SAP – raising QJO, rework note, store request, daily rework updating through SAP software
