• Developed and managed corporate Hazardous Materials Policies and Program to comply with hazmat and dangerous goods transportation laws, domestically in the United States, Canada and internationally by all modes. Have worked with Transport Canada, providing expertise towards harmonizing Canadian Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations with U.S. Hazardous Material Regulations.

• Developed and managed corporate Hazardous Communications and Materials Safety Data Policies and Programs to ensure compliance in the management, logistics and operations of hazardous chemicals, materials and substances.
