Key Accomplishments

Identified almost $9,000 in payments posted to undeposited funds account but not deposited to the bank, allowing business owner to obtain replacement checks and deposit the revenue.

Implemented a new accounts receivable system using QuickBooks online to email invoices and receive credit card payments, greatly reducing the number of late payments and significantly improving the cash flow position of the client. Converted vast majority of transactions to paperless workflow.

Converted client from ‘old fashioned’, paper-based method of accounting to modern, computer-based accounting system, leading to reduction in accounting errors and improvement in efficiency of operations.
