Instrumentation Engineer (Contract) 07/2022 – 03/2023

Configured all metrological data collection files for instruments required in the processes, testing, validation, manufacturing, calibration, and automation functions. Work was done with Microsoft Office, Excel, and included cost centers, in a multimillion, R&D Vaccine Project, sponsored by the government, in a cGMP structure.

Transferred instrumentation calibration information from the Metrology Spreadsheet to all measuring instruments in the instrumentation calibration software used by the client, enabling Calibration Alerts and Preventive Maintenance during the functional life of the processes, for regulatory compliance with FDA approved practices, for manufacturing procedure.

Bridge Gap Engineering: Cement Industry Consultants in Northampton, PA 05/2021 - 03/2022

Reviewed and analyzed customer contracts and design proposals.

Collaborated with the teams in developing replacements for complete loops of cement production following agreements with the customers and approved by the parent company, using industry standards.

Demonstrated an inclusive spirit by integrating the Indian BGE company branch, for the layouts and assemblies created in SolidWorks to be presented to the customers for approvals, stretching collaboration and workflow across two continents, and different time zones.
